Vintage vibes and classic style for Nadele & Amanda’s Wedding at Pollockshields Burgh Hall and Ashton Lane, Glasgow
Amanda & Nadele chose their Glasgow wedding venues carefully. A historic town hall for their heartfelt ceremony, and an iconic retro themed restaurant for their reception: with photos in one of Glasgow’s best known cobbled lanes in between.
The only thing better than one beaming bride is two! And as you can see from their photos, both Amanda and Nadele are all smiles right from the moment they arrive to say’I Do’. The looks they exchange when they see each other for the first time are as genuine as it gets. Can you see the excitement in these two soon-to-be newlyweds?
The Details
Their heartfelt, humanist ceremony was followed by speeches out in the garden. They chose to break tradition in the best way with both mums speaking about their daughters. As luck would have it, the rain even stayed off for some relaxed family photos in Maxwell Park amidst glasses of bubbly.
The on to the iconic Ashton Lane for a mini photo adventure! We hung out in all the cool doorways and wandered along the cobblestones. These two laughed their way through their photos, having the very best time as the new Mrs & Mrs.
Amanda & Nadele finished off their celebration at The Grosvenor, a cinema and film-themed venue with some serious retro vibes. The perfect choice to end off a fabulous day!
West End Glasgow Wedding Photography
This is as local as it gets for me, as a photographer based in the West End of Glasgow I know the area like the back of my hand. I spend my free time wandering about the parks, lanes and of course visiting all the best cafes. And as a result I know the area like only a local can. I really don’t think I will get bored of shooting weddings in the neighbourhood I call home.
