This was my second year doing photos for the Koenig family, and with the littlest one now walking our session was less about “taking photos” and more about playing in the leaves! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- getting to know families and watching them grow over the years is one of my favourite parts of my job! Poppy & Beck had a great time romping through the trees, and mum and dad were great sports, starting leaf wars with their little ones. This is why I much prefer outdoor family photography sessions, endless opportunities for fun and a beautiful natural backdrop to go with it. When poses are kept to a minimum, personalities shine through, and that’s my mantra!
